BIRTHDAY RIDE ON THE SWANBOATS

When I was a little girl, my mother and I would go into Boston shopping for back to school clothes. Sometimes we went for a ride on the swanboats. This year, on my birthday, my friend Bill and I went for a ride on the swanboats on a beautiful summer day in September. The swanboats have been around for 130 years in the Public Garden, c. 1883ish.....unique to Boston. Swanboats.com.
