RED SOX NOT IN THE CELLAR

All summer long, the Red Sox were in the cellar. The GM Ben Cherington was fired. Juan Nueves, pitching coach was fired. During August and September they are playing the best they have all season. During the past few days, we beat the Yankees three times in Yankee Stadium ! Things are looking up for next season. We just need an Ace pitcher and a better bullpen.

The Marlins had a pretty good last month, too. Here's hoping for pretty good whole seasons for our favorite teams next year!

Thank goodness the season is over, and we don't have to be in agony any longer., Hopefully next year they will get the help they need. Go Red Sox.....

Hi Bernice ! Congratulations, you left a comment in the comment section ! Kudos to you! Have you made that chicken soup yet ? Chicken soup,Garlic, ginger and onion= Jewish penicillin-even your son, the doctor said so ! I got a good laugh out of that ! Oh those Mets...could not close the game in the 9th inning - their pitcher, Matt Harvey pitched a great game - those feisty Royals seem to get stronger in the 12th inning! Yikes! I hope the Red Sox get some decent pitching in the off season. I'll let you know how the arthroscopic surgery goes....meanwhile, at least it's in the 60's here this week. Be well, get well, love Carol
