We lost game one saturday night. Our ace Chris Sale was not his usual 'lights out ' self. Didn't last too long. Today, sunday, we learned he has a stomach issue and is spending the night at Mass. General hospital. YIKES ! He is not doing well in the post season this year either. Even Alex Cora said "this is worrisome". Hospitalized for a stomach ailment ? I hope it's nothing and he will meet the team in Houston. Not.good.
Now it's game 2. We were doing great until the 9th inning when Craig Kimbrel came in and woke up the Astros. TAKE HIM OUT ALEX CORA! The score was 7-4 Sox. Some of us in Red Sox Nation cannot watch Kimbrel pitch anymore.
Ok. We won 7- 5 ! On to Houston 1-1. Wow, they beat the Astros - impressive.
